is it possible to change kdelibs ebuild to make it check for arts flag? these libraries are used by programs (like guarddog or k3b) who don't need arts and it would be nice for not-kde users to have the chance of save one dependence

adding 'arts? ( >=kde-base/arts-1.2.1 )' in DEPEND and 'use arts || myconf="$myconf --without-arts"' in src_compile is adequate
