Version 1.3.8 is an unchanged version bump from 1.3.7 (to keep in sync with the eselect tarball). No changes in code, no changes in the ebuild. Version 1.3.7 was in tree for 6 weeks without any reported bugs. We need this package stable because it will be in PDEPEND of stable app-admin/eselect.

s390, sh: Adding you to CC already, feel free to stabilise immediately, or in 30 days from now. (As almost all packages in app-emacs, this should really be architecture independent.)
