dhcpcd randomly segfaults when connected to wifi at

This is probably fixed in 5.6.8 according to: http://roy.marples.name/projects/dhcpcd/ticket/264

Please test this with dhcpcd-6.0.5-r1 and let us know the status with
that version.

I have dhcpcd-6.0.5-r1 for three days and it worked without problem so far.

No problem for more than a month with dhcpcd-6.1.0.
