trying to emerge net-dns/bind-9.3.3_p2 fails in the configuration stage because it requires the "ecdsa" (eliptical curve digital signing algorithm) capability in openssl [econf configures "--with-ecdsa"]

No available dev-libs/openssl ebuild provides an ecdsa capability (with or without the bindist USE flag used) so bind will not build.

1. emerge bind (9.3.3_p2)

Actual Results:  
fails in econf

Expected Results:  
normal build

this seems to be a recent change to the bind-9.3.3_p2 ebuild.
