Did he unmask all Gnome 3.8 packages? (the packages that were present in Gnome 3.8 Mask entry) Created attachment 356394 [details]
/etc/portage/package.unmask/gnome
How Do I find out if I unmasked all necessary packages? I attached the /etc/portage/package.unmask/gnome file.
This should work: http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/profiles/package.mask?r1=1.14952&r2=1.14953 I replaced my file with yours but I still get the exact same error message. Let me know if you need any more details/logs. Hey guys, any new thoughts here? Does it work when compiling with introspection USE flag disabled and, later, enabling it? (In reply to Pacho Ramos from comment #6) > Does it work when compiling with introspection USE flag disabled and, later, > enabling it? Any updates? Second ping here (and first on IRC), does it work after Comment #6 or not? Sorry for the late answer. The idea in comment 6 was right, everything is now working. Thanks for the help. Looks like an upstream problem then with their build system :| Not sure if this is still valid with 2.30.5 :/ or 2.30.6 |
