I try to emerge vls (VideoLanServer) and the libdvbpsi is needed by vls for "./configure" and libdvbpsi is avaible in media-libs ;)
So just an add on the ebuild dependency

I have omit to paste the version so it's :

Should add the v4l at IUSE for this ebuild and add the
--enable-v4l to $myconf, and the --with-ffmpeg=PATH at econf
and depend, or as USE flag.
