build log
which blas are you using? there seems to be two build errors: * one with an undefined daxpy_ from scipy : could you rebuild scipy, and run: lddtree /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/scipy/integrate/_odepack.so * one with the generation of documentation where I note you have: LANG="en_US.iso88591". Could you try with utf8? (In reply to Sébastien Fabbro from comment #4) > there seems to be two build errors: > > * one with an undefined daxpy_ from scipy : could you rebuild scipy, and run: > lddtree /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/scipy/integrate/_odepack.so I did reinstall scipy but I still get lddtree /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/scipy/integrate/_odepack.so _odepack.so => /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/scipy/integrate/_odepack.so (interpreter => none) I don't know why > * one with the generation of documentation where I note you have: > LANG="en_US.iso88591". Could you try with utf8? Yes, temporarily setting LANG=en_US.utf8 fixed the problem Many thanks, Helmut (In reply to Justin Lecher from comment #3) > which blas are you using? eselect blas list gives atlas-threads Helmut (In reply to Helmut Jarausch from comment #5) > I did reinstall scipy but I still get > > lddtree /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/scipy/integrate/_odepack.so > _odepack.so => > /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/scipy/integrate/_odepack.so (interpreter > => none) strange, you might report a bug to pax-utils. for now, could you try ldd -r ? > > > * one with the generation of documentation where I note you have: > > LANG="en_US.iso88591". Could you try with utf8? > > Yes, temporarily setting LANG=en_US.utf8 fixed the problem i forced LANG=C to build doc. let me know if that worked for you. Works for latest pandas. |
