systemd-206 doesn't support ControlGroup anymore, journal shows:
systemd[1]: [/usr/lib64/systemd/system/rtkit-daemon.service:27] Unknown lvalue 'ControlGroup' in section 'Service'

This needs to be outsourced into a kind of slice unit:
rtkit-daemon.slice
