kernel panic on 3.9 series ( 3.8 not checked) hardened kernel on first read file on ZFS partition.
Crashdump not aviliable due vmcore denied on hrdened kernel.

My apologies for the late response. sys-fs/zfs-0.6.2-r1 should fix this.
