May I ask you to attach

    softmmu-build/config.log
    user-build/config.log

files to see where exactpy it failed?

What sys-libs/libseccomp you have installed?

master needs 2.1.0, I've fixed this in tree. Please ensure you have at least 2.1.0 installed and try again.

Works with libseccomp-2.1.0
