nm-applet requires libkeyring (or not, i think a useflag could turn off its requiring this)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.eselect profile set 3
2.emerge -av nm-applet
3.PROFIT!!!



emerge -av gnome-keyring resolves this...  but has to be done by hand, not auto tracked by portage.

Which version of nm-applet?

Please attach the nm-applet build log showing the problem.

Also, please attach your "emerge --info" output.
