I wanted to add "--without-mask" to REPOMAN_DEFAULT_OPTS in my make.conf for it being used by repoman full, but noticed that, when it's passed, repoman commit dies. I think the option should simply be skipped

This is fixed in 2.1.13 and 2.2.0_alpha189.
