Probably because of --with-com_err=yes:
--with-com_err=PATH use com_err from path -- includes in PATH/include,
libs in PATH/lib, and compile_et in PATH/bin
please fix. rebuild (and first install) is impossible right now. thanks! any news? ok, I found the solution. It was NOT the "--with-com_err=yes". But as soon you add this: myconf+=" --with-mysql-libdir=/usr/$(get_libdir)/mysql" in the "if use mysql" section, it compiles fine. ;-) So PLEASE fix it! thanks! ok, I took the time and fixed it myself. ;)
I furthermore added a patch for this problem:
rev-bumping to -r1.
hmpf. copy & paste fail. ;)
