After updating to 0.10.0 virt-manager stopped saving changes as to which server to connect. On start it connects only to localhost KVM.

This happens to me too.

There's nothing apparent from strace or the virt-manager log :(

Solved by installing gnome-base/dconf afterwards.

This is a missing (runtime?) dependency.

Thanks for finding that. Should be fixed with the current in tree depends.
