ever since 01668d98a380896f0de09ba3f5809d4dd44fa71d (included in 0.13)
Documentation: Modify rule for html output (better looking output format)

qemu does not use texi2html to generate html and info pages.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
qemu pulls app-text/texi2html as dependency

Expected Results:  
qemu does not pull app-text/texi2html as dependency
