Some time last year nvidia released a driver version 4620 apparently (leaked may be a more appropriate term). Anyway this driver version came with a control panel.

This really isnt a biggy but we can track it easier this way.

Im not going to put this in the tree, afterall it only half works...

I dont see a dire need for it either, so if you have a great reason why im so blind please let me know... 

Marking as LATER for when there is actually a good panel for linux.

This is included in 6106 closing
