I'm sorry, it's gone forever. "Flash Player 11.7 will replace version 10.3 as the extended support version beginning July 9, 2013."[1] They've done that exactly on the day, and that's when 10* was both vulnerable and unmaintainable. Please find the ebuild at [URL] and put it in a local overlay. Sure, these setups are quite a bit out of date, but they still work decently (well, at least in the tasks you'd put them to these days).
