Bug 476338 – net-fs/openafs - Server component fails to include required paths/should be compiled with '--prefix='

net-fs/openafs-1.6.2 does not include required paths.  For example, the BOS server attempts to use directories under /usr/local/var/openafs/, which does not exist after ebuild installation.

Following the direction in the gentoo OpenAFS guide here: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/openafs.xml#doc_chap5 is impossible due to missing paths.

Always reproducible.  Simply cleanly install net-fs/openafs-1.6.2 and attempt to start the BOS server via 'bosserver -nofork -noauth'.

There are two possible fixes I would suggest for this:
1) Include these directories in the ebuild
2) Adjust --prefix when running ./configure in the source directory to place these files in a more standard location

Personally, I lean towards solution number two.  /usr/local is typically used for packages NOT managed by a package manager.  Therefore installing a package there is inherently incorrect and could cause confusion over whether a package was or was not locally installed.  Some files will likely have to still be included in the ebuild (for example, /var/openafs), but this should bring this ebuild in line with standards and practices used elsewhere.
