dev-perl/PDF-API2-2.19.0 + perl-core/IO-Compress-2.60.0 compiled normally.
When you start Apache modules loaded when there is an error.

Downgrade solves this problem but it is a bad solution.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =dev-perl/PDF-API2-2.19.0 =perl-core/IO-Compress-2.60.0
2. /etc/init.d/apache2 start

Actual Results:
