When I try to emerge thunderbird, it will fail after it downloads the enigmail application. Needs an updated manifest.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -av thunderbird
3. error
Actual Results:

On Funtoo Linux. Was running the last thunderbird-17.0.7 from Gentoo perfectly fine. This new one that appeared in the Funtoo tree recently needs to be updated.
