Since systemd got ~ppc keyword lately, please unmask USE=systemd on ppc. It is stable on ppc64 for some time already, so you will want to remove the '-systemd' from ppc64 subprofile. You will also want to stable-mask it on ppc32, and probably switch the ppc profiles to EAPI 5 at the same time.
