NTop was changed now to ntopng and somethings in project changed

A think since the Link mentioned in the bug says the ntopng is a "start over", i think a new ebuild is preferible instead renaming..

ntopng looks like it's the same mess that is ntop or worse. I gave up.

It works (amd64) but it's certainly going to take a while to figure out the differences from the original ntop.  Where should questions (usage, configuration, ...) go?  Also, there is a version 2.0 out.
