The deblob USE flag is missing from sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-3.10.0. This makes it inconvenient to deblob the kernel as it has to be done manually.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -v =sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-3.10.0
Actual Results:  
The deblob USE flag is missing.

Expected Results:  
The deblob USE flag should be present.

There was no deblob available at the time of the bump; you can wait for 3.10.1, enable deblob in the ebuild or run the deblob script from upstream.
