Can we get this into portage soon? I'd like to submit patches for two packages who fail to compile with db-6

Please note per #gentoo-infra testing discussion that 6.x still fails some tests.
I put my 6.0.20 build in as -r1, as it includes a patch that improves the test runs significantly.
