Is it OK to stabilize =net-misc/l7-protocols-2009.05.28 ?
If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords
for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword
to the bug.

All L7 related things are considered experimental, so i think it would be better to not stabilize them

This is stabilisation of a newer version, not an initial stabilisation. If it's experimental, maybe it should not have any stable at all. Note that it is in Debian though.
