plz fix quickly or I'll revert the whole bump: overlays should be rebased on the main tree, not the contrary.

Honestly i am fine with reverting. I think we need to discuss ebuilds in bug # 473726 first.

It is not fixed for media-video/x264-encoder. It is not dropped, but missing for all x264-encoder ebuilds.

x264-encoder never had amd64-fbsd keyword, that is unexpected.
