Hello,

netselect is a ping-like utility that is very useful when you want to choose the
`best' host from a list of addresses. I used this package a lot on my Debian
system, and since I couldn't find it in Gentoo, this is my ebuild for it.

`net-analyzer' could be the appropriate category, imo.
