mrwtoppm - a command line utility for converting raw image files into ppm files

(ie, Minolta Dimage 7/7i -SLR Type- digital cameras can aquire these types of
images).

mrwtoppm provides both a command line utility and a gimp-1.2 plugin.

version 1.0 was just released of this package.  mrwtoppm-1.0 now has support for gimp-2.0, however, the plugin fails on gimp-1.x.  So it might be wise to get this ebuild into portage so that I can construct one for the mrwtoppm-1.0 version.. so that both ebuilds will be in the portage tree so that users can either choose between the mrwtoppm-0.0.12 which only supports gimp-1.x or the mrwtoppm-1.0 version which only supports gimp-2.0

is there an error or reason why this ebuild has yet to be included into portage?

My last post may have been confusing.  For the gimp-plugin feature to work, gimp-2 is required for >=mrwtoppm-0.1.0.  All command line tools will still work even as gimp is not explicitly required for these tools to work.
