check openal in FireBurn repo, you can add and test it by typing "layman -a FireBurn" (In reply to David "okias" Heidelberger from comment #1) > check openal in FireBurn repo, you can add and test it by typing "layman -a > FireBurn" instead of advertising overlays, why not posting an ebuild ? this type of comment sounds like there is no interest in getting this work merged in the main tree but rather attract people to use an overlay; moreover, the license.txt in fireburn overlay states gpl-3, so we even cannot legally grab stuff here to put them in the tree.. I agree with you Alexis. I already installed a couple of overlays just to get a few packages. I am not in the mood to install 100 overlays just to improve the main tree...
