We need to work on platform stabilization. For each platform package we need to check if platform contains additional patches and can start stabilization process if possible.

Bug #502146 is fixed, but now we need a stable cabal-install as well. We should probably wait 30 days for cabal-install-1.18.0.3-r1 since bug #526266 was just fixed.

Arches, please go ahead. The remaining blockers are stablereqs that have already been completed for amd64 and x86, so the entire dep tree should be satisfiable for those two arches.

There aren't any conflicts with FEATURES=test, but some of the test suites fail. Since this is just an umbrella package and all of its deps are already stable, it's fine if everything builds.
