net-misc/kvpnc-0.9.6a openvpn support is (again) broken with openvpn-2.3

will analyze and report here... 
kvpnc upstream is dead, but maybe I can come up with a patch.

Debian is still shipping kvpnc in their latest release so they may be applying some relevant patches: https://packages.debian.org/stretch/kvpnc

The fix is rather trivial (I'm happily using it), I just need to remember again what I precisely did. 

Please dont remove it for the moment. Will fix once I've arrived on vacation...
