sylpheed-claws has support for spamassassin, but 
--enable-spamassassin-plugin isn't inserted at compile time
so no support for spamassassin in sylpheed
don't know if is necessary a new USE flag for this or it can be
done in some other way.

Sorry, but --enable-spamassassin-plugin is already in the ebuild. Also there isn't a spamassassin USE flag and I'm not going to create one.
