Like to get the gnucash working on x86, it needs a updated version of  dev-db/libdbi (#465716). Why not bump libdbi-drivers too so you can remove:  

"DEPEND=">=dev-db/libdbi-drivers-0.8.3" # On purpose, libdbi-drivers 0.8.4 does not exist" from ebuild.

ebuilds attached to #455134 work fine and gnucach problem is solved.
