Updated. Thanks! For Infrastructure, Jeffrey It's been over 24 hours since the DNS change but when the new mirror (rsync21.us.gentoo.org, 128.104.70.17) tries to sync from rsync1.us.gentoo.org we get an error message below, while the old mirror, 128.104.70.13 is still able to get rsync updates. gentoo-rsync.afn.org (flick.nerdc.ufl.edu) Service provided by the Open Systems Group at the University of Florida. @ERROR: access denied to gentoo-portage from gentoo3.chem.wisc.edu (128.104.70.1 7) Could you please set the main rsync mirror to accept 128.104.70.17? Thanks! I apologize for the mix up, you should be able to sync in about 30 minutes from the timestamp of this bug comment. For Infrastructure, Jeffrey The new server denied access again. We were able to sync against rsync1.us.gentoo.org for a while but now it again rejects 128.104.70.17... I have added the .17 IP into the ACL. Give it about 30 minutes and you should be able to resync. Thanks! For Infrastructure, Jeffrey |
