vim.eclass or vim-core may want to install locales and menu translations (/usr/share/vim/vim73/lang/**) according to LINGUAS, not in all languages possible.

Feel free to provide a patch since this isn't high priority.

Personally I'd rather wait until a decent tree-wide solution at a pkg manager or eclass level is in place.

The problem persists with Vim 7.4 .

Other packages have been fixed ; hopefully, Vim can be too.
