A copy of the version 4.07 ebuild worked fine for the 4.12 version.

Also, I noticed a hardcoded version for a data file:
        http://marginalhacks.com/bin/album.versions/data-4.05.tar.gz"
data-4.05 is still the most recent.

Bumped to 4.13 (4.07 does not run anymore with stable perl)
