Saw this in both the live pre-4.8 ebuild and the one now in the tree.

Building gcc on x86_64 with java support fails because libjack.so is either missing (the ebuild doesn't depend on emul-linux-x86-soundlibs) or because it then can't use the file supplied by that ebuild.

Workaround is to set EXTRA_ECONF="--disable-dssi".
