Can we please stabilize >=mail-client/mutt-1.5.21-r10 because right now stable users are affected by bug #420955

In principle no problem, I'd like to get -r12 stable instead though.

I used >= so you can choose which version should become stable. I just want to have a version stable that works with automake:1.12 and from the above mentioned bug the lowest working version is -r10
