After upgrade my kernel to 3.8.x-pf and upgrade the virtalbox to 4.2.8 one my computer is OK, second have error.
app-emulation/virtualbox-modules-4.2.10 (and 4.2.8) 
kernel 3.8.2-pf (3.8.1-pf the same)
