It merge successful with USE="-iodbc odbc"

Compiling with iodbc requied patch:
two later checks 'ifeq (unixodbc, $(GENTOO_ODBC))'
should be 'ifeq (iodbc, $(GENTOO_ODBC))'

dev-libs/poco-1.4.6_p4 builds ok
