Is it OK to stabilize =net-proxy/havp-0.92a-r1 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

Let's see:

Seems an appropriate amount of time has passed.

Respecting the user's settings should result in a minimal amount of change.

No bugs have been filed lately, so this didn't break it for anyone.

Stabilization should therefore not require much effort.
