We need to have USE=static-libs because this package install '.a' files:

/usr/lib64/liblwgeom.a
/usr/lib64/liblwgeom.so
/usr/lib64/postgresql-9.2/lib64/postgis-2.0.so
/usr/lib64/postgresql-9.2/lib64/rtpostgis-2.0.so
/usr/lib64/liblwgeom-2.0.3.so
/usr/lib64/liblwgeom.la
