I think would be interesting to have an ebuild for installing:
http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/GNOME/sources/gnome-initial-setup/

But I am too tired now... if anyone has time to contribute an ebuild, nice :D

Probably this should be skipped because the only part we would need is the "tour" part, but I don't know how to split it out. Maybe we should simply add to the upgrade guide a note telling people to simply run:
yelp /usr/share/help/C/gnome-help/getting-started.page

Not sure if there would be an easier way to make people visit that introduction guides :/
