Bug 46369 – sun-j2sdk doesn't have (F)etch flag set

Ebuild sun-j2sdk-1.4.2 doesn't have F flag set. This is misleading.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -p sun-j2sdk
2. emerge -B sun-j2sdk

Actual Results:  
Was informed I need to download sources:
$ sudo emerge -B sun-j2sdk

we can't fetch the sources due to licensing from sun...

this is the only reason...
