http://sources.gentoo.org/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/sys-fs/udev/udev-9999.ebuild?r1=1.207&r2=1.208 the ismounted() function was loaned from dracut Can you think of a way of displaying it only to users who don't have initramfs properly handled? The ismounted() function returns true if /usr is a separate file system. Testing further would mean you would have to look in their boot loader config to see if they have an initramfs set up, but even then you don't really know because you would have to look inside the initramfs to see if it mounts /usr. Well, that's the problem. On the other hand, if it was only shown during the initial install, it could probably work. well, looks like this was no intrest to anyone, closing -> |
