Bug 462920 – dev-perl/Mail-SRS - please provide init script

dev-perl/Mail-SRS  contain srsd daemon ( and very old init script in source ).
Plese include init script in ebuild.

Also, this ebuils contain complete programs ( srs, srsc, srsd ) but the category of the package enters the user confusing - may be more appropriate to replace it with, for example, mall-filter/

I believe this is it. We should revbump the ebuild to -r2.
