i'am notebook user and i use only sys-kernel/tuxonice-sources, now 3.7.1

You appear to be using virtual/linux-sources-3.0 from an overlay (flora?), and the overlay's version does not list all the same kernel source options as the main tree's virtual/linux-sources-1.  You should probably mask "virtual/linux-sources::flora" in package.mask or ask the overlay maintainer to fix this.
