This one is missing sources. They claim they'll add it on the page some time in the future.

I have registered with dev.java.net, but I cannot view the pages. I have mailed the webmaster for help, but no reply yet.

Fixed login problems, submitted a bug report. Dalibor Topic thinks http://www.amberarcher.org/ contains a free replacement to SAAJ, but sadly it's discontinued. 

Another alternative would be axis itself.
