Portage's current procps-3.3.4 fails the test "lib" because of a file missing in the package distribution. The current upstream stable - 3.3.6 - has got this fixed.

I suppose this could be considered stabilization request too.

Just to be complete - grep 'no such file' testsuite/lib.log:
ERROR: couldn't execute "/var/tmp/portage/sys-process/procps-3.3.4/work/procps-ng-3.3.4/testsuite/lib.test/fileutils_badfd.sh": no such file or directory
