app-misc/tracker-0.14.5 fails to build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. LANG="C" emerge -1 app-misc/tracker


Actual Results:  
it does not build.

Expected Results:  
it should build fine.

the problem desappears unmasking dev-libs/totem-pl-parser.

please adjust dependencies for app-misc/tracker.

Please retry with 0.16.2 and tell us what totem-pl-parser is fixing this for you, not sure if:

could be the one fixing this for you, since totem_pl_parser_metadata looks to be really old
